By signing up for Vlok.ai, you authorise Vlok Ltd (“Vlok”, “we”, “us”) to collect payments from your nominated bank account by direct debit for all fees associated with your use of the Vlok.ai service (“Service”).
You agree and acknowledge that:
● A monthly subscription fee of £99 is charged each month
● A per-person booking fee of £0.60 per person booked is charged based on actual usage
● Per-person booking fees are billed monthly in arrears for the previous billing period
● A usage invoice is generated monthly
● Usage invoices are collected by direct debit 7 days after the invoice date
● VAT will be added where applicable
You authorise Vlok to:
● Set up a direct debit mandate using the bank details you provide
● Collect subscription fees, usage fees, and any other applicable charges
● Retry failed collections where permitted
You must ensure your bank details remain accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails or is reversed:
● We may retry collection
● Outstanding balances remain payable
● The Service may be suspended until payment is received
Repeated failures may result in account termination.
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, you must notify us promptly.
Raising a billing query does not suspend payment obligations unless agreed in writing.
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of the Service and recovery of associated costs.
Cancellation of the Service does not affect:
● Fees already incurred
● Usage charges for the current or prior billing period
Direct debit collections may continue until all outstanding balances are settled.
We may update our fees or billing processes from time to time.
Any material changes will be communicated in advance and reflected on our website.
