This Telephony & Phone Number Provisioning Authorisation (“Authorisation”) applies to your use of the Vlok.ai service (“Service”).
By signing up for Vlok.ai, you authorise Vlok Ltd (“Vlok”, “we”, “us”) to act on your behalf for the purposes described below.
You authorise Vlok to:
● Purchase, provision, configure, and manage telephone numbers through third-party telecommunications providers (including Twilio)
● Apply for and manage required regulatory bundles, registrations, or verifications on your behalf
● Assign and configure phone numbers for use with the Service
All phone numbers provisioned as part of the Service are referred to as “System Numbers”.
You acknowledge and agree that:
● Telecommunications providers may require business information and documentation to approve number provisioning
● Vlok may submit information you provide to such providers for verification purposes
● You are responsible for ensuring all information supplied is accurate, complete, and up to date
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:
● Rejection of number applications
● Suspension or revocation of phone numbers
● Interruption of the Service
You acknowledge that:
● All System Numbers are provisioned and owned by Vlok or its telecommunications providers
● System Numbers are non-transferable and non-portable
● You are granted a limited right to use the System Numbers solely for the duration of your active subscription
Upon termination of the Service, all rights to use System Numbers immediately cease.
You acknowledge that:
● Phone number availability is not guaranteed
● Regulatory or provider requirements may require numbers to be changed, replaced, or withdrawn
● Vlok may replace a System Number where necessary to maintain service continuity or compliance
Vlok will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any material number changes.
You agree to:
● Use System Numbers solely for legitimate restaurant or hospitality customer communications
● Comply with all applicable telecom, consumer protection, and marketing laws
● Not use System Numbers for spam, marketing blasts, internal staff use, or unlawful purposes
Misuse may result in immediate suspension of numbers and the Service.
You acknowledge that:
● Approval, rejection, or revocation of phone numbers is controlled by third-party providers and regulators
● Vlok is not liable for delays, rejections, or losses resulting from telecom provider or regulatory decisions
● Temporary or permanent loss of a phone number does not entitle you to refunds or compensation
This Authorisation remains in effect for as long as you use the Service.
Termination of the Service automatically revokes this Authorisation.
This Authorisation is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
